This agency runs like a well oiled machine. Traded a vehicle and bought a new one. Emailed the agency and Barbara literally replied within minutes to acknowledge my request and committed to providing service same day. Not only was it same day but within the hour - new insurance cards in hand. This is not the first example of quick, courteous and accurate service - just the first review. I don’t know about rates with other carriers. However, great service keeps me from even looking. Thanks Lynn and Barbara for giving my family peace of mind with your products and service.

Lynn is absolutely amazing. Anytime I have a question, concern, problem- anything, I know I can count on her to help. I used to hop insurance providers to keep my payments low, but I won’t ever leave State Farm as long as they have Lynn! I would pay anything to maintain the customer service and personal touch she provides. Recently, I referred my roommate to State Farm for his renters insurance and he was stuck in a loop of phone tag with whatever adjuster he was assigned. We were coming up on our deadline and things were getting dicey, so I reached out to Lynn, not sure what help she could provide, and she took care of it PERSONALLY within the hour.
I hope State Farm is paying this woman what she’s worth, she deserves it.

I made a call late Friday afternoon to start Homeowners Insurance and was very pleased that Saleh picked up the phone, provided me a quote and said he would try to catch the Mortgage Company before they closed on Friday to get it set-up. I had full confirmation and coverage first thing Monday morning. Thanks Saleh for the extra effort and great service.
