When it comes to insurance for homes or vehicles, I cannot recommend Lydia and Maryann from this State Farm office highly enough. Insurance is something nobody likes shopping for, and it’s even less fun to use when you need it. However, the level of competence and service provided by this office is truly unparalleled. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years, with various policies ranging from umbrella coverage to personal articles, auto, homeowners, life, and even earthquake insurance.

Recently, we faced the challenge of transitioning to the California FAIR Plan for our homeowners insurance. Our situation was complex due to the value of our home and past claims, but Lydia and Maryann went above and beyond. They worked diligently—even on weekends—to ensure that everything was completed on time so we wouldn’t lose coverage. Their dedication and attention to detail were incredible.

Unfortunately, we experienced a significant claim due to a severe storm and natural disaster. During this extremely stressful and challenging time, the team from this office advocated tirelessly on our behalf, ensuring we could get back into our home as quickly as possible. Their support and expertise were invaluable, and they made the process much more manageable, which was a tremendous help.

I am deeply grateful for the countless hours they invested in helping us and for their proactive approach to reviewing and managing our policies.
