Lusk and Associates, Lancaster was recommended to us by another realtor in Northeast PA and we couldn't have been happier with the recommendation. We began searching for our forever retirement home two years ago knowing that retirement was coming but down the road. Ken Berkenstock worked with us for almost two years to find us the perfect home. He always made himself available for showings when we were in town for the weekend. He patiently showed us numerous styles of homes when we couldn't settle on exactly what we were looking for and when we limited our search location to be close to family. Ken kept assuring us when the right home came along, we would know it. And Ken found the right one with everything we wanted and more! I will begin by saying I rarely give 5 star reviews, as no one is perfect. With that said, Anne and her team were flawless during the entire process of listing and selling our home of 22 years. They earned my 5 star review.
I cannot name one thing I was not delighted with. The attention to detail, staging, photography, flexibility, and guidance from Anne and her team were world class.
I believe my friend Frank said it all when he shared that he felt that Anne was the hardest working person he knew. I have to agree with him.
