Luis G. Sanches did an EXCELLENT job at selling my property in California City and I highly recommend his services if you are looking for someone that is professional and knowledgable in the Real Estate Market that can close in a timely manner. I had already tried selling this property twice, two-three years ago and was not very hopeful that it would sell this time around as that is not a popular area. But as soon as we finished our zoom conference he got to work and I could tell that he was different than the past agents I used as he had a lot of people viewing the property. He listed the property in the Greater Antelope Valley MLS and also the Southern California MLS for increased exposure to the property. He installed a lock box and coordinated viewings of the property with other agents and this made it a breeze for me to not need to be present. Once we had offers, the negotiations went smoothly and we closed in a very timely manner. We are so THANKFUL that Luis was able to deliver on his commitment!!!

When a global franchise couldn't sell my house after 6 months on the market, I hired Luis, and very soon - 5 offers arrived, and it sold for $25K more than my asking price. I appreciated the professional photography and video, including drone footage, showcasing the community. Many people attended the Open House, and offers came in immediately. Luis provided a termite inspection and hired a professional technician to repair the Central Air and install a new thermostat. Whenever I had questions, Luis responded promptly and obtained the information. If you want to sell your house and want someone that completes the job and does exactly what they say they are going to do, I recommend hiring Luis.
