I 100% agree with Manuel. Been here 3 years and have had problem after problem. Look elsewhere if you’re considering residing here, even if for a short time.
ALSO- some of the 5 stars on here are from their own regional managers!!! That’s just crazy.

No Manager that is suppose to be in the office. Signs are posted that someone to be there just a few hours a day and that cannot be accomplished. Office doors are locked, windows wide open, no one to take calls and they do not return calls.

Horrible place! Anyone would feel unsafe at this awful trailer park. No security, over-priced, constant burglaries, garbage everywhere, and tons of drug users and sellers. I won't even visit there, let alone live there. The cheapest motel would always be a better bet

This is not a resort, it is a mobile home park. Not expensive, but, for the best part, well kept. Most of the people I have met are very nice. The mobile home I bought needs A LOT OF WORK. I am sure that in time it will be very nice.

C.C. was very kind and well trained with large service a animals when I brought my Sheppard to be cared for. I think she has the best home possible for Kratos. He's never been a problem and I didn't have enough time for him. I wish them both all the love in the world. Lyle Richards

I know someone who lives there. The managers are very nosey and unfriendly. When I was leaving and since I couldn't find my friend the male manager asked who I was, who I was looking for, was very short and rude and was being very evasive. I can only imagine what the tenants have to put up with. I know my friend and other tenants aren't too happy living there!

I love how LakeView Market takes care of the residents! No matter what the current crisis, they are here for the people! All I wish is that they had a better selection of fresh vegetables. But, other than that.....this store is great! Love those new pretzels.....Deena! Make more! The ONLY reason for any bad reviews is because the management won't cater to drug addicts and thieves! ALL druggies think that the world owes them everything! LakeView market is "thumbs up"! And the drug addicts who steals from them get's mad because they get caught! DON'T STEAL FROM LAKEVIEW MARKET!
