Lucas was fantastic to work with from the start to the end of the process. I knew nothing about selling a house and he walked me through the process with ease and had no problem answering my 1000 questions. My experience with Lucas was excellent. As my agent, he was attentive, thoughtful, and and professional throughout the whole experience. He took extra time to understand what my wants and needs were in a property. Furthermore, he would scavenge the MLS listings like a hawk and would let me know immediately when something became available. He would give us as much time as we needed in a property and we never felt rushed nor pushed. During the purchase, Lucas helped us to negotiate the challenges and hurdles. His experience and insight were lifesaving. He even donated his time to allow repairmen in the prospective house to get quotes on multiple occasions. Even after the sale, Lucas continues to check in on us to make sure everything is going smoothly. We cannot thank him enough for his expertise and professionalism. I cannot recommend Lucas strongly enough to be your Realtor.
