First and foremost, I have to say THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to the LRG Lending team!!! I'm a first time homeowner and this entire team was so helpful and patient with me. Carl did weekly check ins to make sure I felt supported and was extremely flexible with my schedule and even took calls super late into his day. Ayelet kept me on track and emailed/texted/called me to make sure all my documents were ready and provided step-by-step instructions on what I needed to do. This team moves so quickly and efficiently, and I can't stop telling my friends and family how great they've been during this entire process!!

The process of home buying can be a stressful endeavor, but do yourself a favor and hire a team to eliminate as much of that as possible. Asking LRG Lending to manage our new home loan provided us with more then we could ask when it comes to lending. My husband and I were looking for our perfect home and this process took over a year. We recently used LRG Lending while purchasing our first home this year, and the experience was amazing. Carl and his team were extremely helpful and made the process much easier than we anticipated. We wanted a Section 184 HUD Loan, which is a fairly uncommon loan type available to members of American Indian tribes. LRG Lending is one of the few local lenders who is approved to offer these loans, and they were very knowledgeable about the product. We're thankful to have found such a great local business and would recommend LRG Lending to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home.

If you want great service with constant updates and communication check out LRG lending. Carl did a great job with our purchase loan and we had to close at the same time as our sale for the money down. Kind of a complicated situation but Carl handles it smoothly and professionally. I highly recommend LRG lending!
