ATM is on site, you shall be screened or face scanned for possible virus. Police personnel on duty 24/7 parking lot free parking spaces. Handicap access.
Well the NEW APP SYSTEM IS USABLE FINALLY FOR ANDROID USERS.
I found it not easy to use. The format is very different. Using "bill pay" was not easy to use and how it works. Sliding over to the left not explained. For example it failed to pick up my present Gardner, I searched where was the last generated check for November, better yet, I placed all my monthly payees before the system was shut down so that my payers wouldn't miss their monthly checks which are folks that live off my funds to be there in their mailboxes on a timely basis.
In the office Ms Jones explained how to use bill pay. It took sometime because my lack of understanding how to use the new Android users. Currently thinking about using only my APPLE Laptop for LAPFCU..it seems the programmers love APPLE v Android products. Now I am breathing better learning something new about LAPFCU. THANK STAFF AT MANCHESTER LOCATION they are the best ever and with patience for teaching this ANDROID USER

I went to the Brewer Branch this morning with some complicated account and financial issues.

I was immediately met by Representative Nancy, who assisted me. It took some time, but Nancy straightened out all of my account issues with the help from George.

She then helped me with my financial issues. Nancy gave me sound financial advice and even opened a CD account for me!

I want to compliment her on her exemplary customer service, professional financial expertise, and very personable attention to detail!

I would highly recommend this Credit Union to everyone!

Rosie has a nasty attitude, and should maybe look for another job. This is my second time at this branch, where I have experienced her disgusting manner. Also, when there are alot of customers in line, maybe you should pick a better time to go get coffee. Just horrible.
