Lookout Insurance Agency could not provide me with a static quote. I received multiple auto insurance premium increases, one of which was for not providing prior auto insurance coverage proof, which I authorized them twice to share with Travelers. The third time it has come to my attention Travelers still doesn't have the information they need, I have provided it to them myself. It turns out Lookout Insurance shared my previous renters declaration pages with Travelers instead of Auto Dec pages, resulting in a premium increase. I am still working on getting my money back.
I received a second bill from Travelers because I did not sign up for the app they require to maintain a discount. This policy of travelers was not explained to me by Lookout Insurance Agency initially, though they should have known the conditions to maintain the "discount." This was confirmed to me by a CSR with Travelers, who said that Lookout Insurance Agency is furnished with this information by Travelers.

In short, my premium has increased multiple times, which could have been avoided had Lookout been diligent at the outset. Kelly, the owner, described me as a difficult client- maybe so, but you tell me, who is making things difficult in this situation? I am looking for a reliable quote and a seamless experience. These are not found at Lookout Insurance Agency.
