Matt and his team at Long Beach Home Loan Company did it again! I have done business with them since 2019 and they continued to impress me with their outstanding service and excellent end products (in my case what that meant is low interest rate, low-to-zero closing cost, and quick funding). Matt helped me to refinance my two properties and brought my interest rates to 2.25%. I am very happy with their communication, knowledge and professionalism. I could not be happier to have found Long Beach Home Loan Corp. I worked directly with Jack Skovgard and he was wonderful from start to finish. I contacted Jack the day after my offer on a home was accepted, because I was unsatisfied with my current mortgage lender. I was in a huge time crunch, and quite nervous about my situation.
