I loved to go to this branch even though I don't live close to it any more. Everyone in this branch is very friendly, helpful. Their customer service is always excellent. They will let you know when there's new promotional rates, either in savings, CD or mortgages. Their mortgage rates and car loan rate are always very competitive, low fees, and process is always very smooth. In addition, you can cash your U. S. Saving bonds here (if you still have paper bonds) where other commercial banks don't offer this service.

I’ve been with Logix since 2005. Every interaction with them has been exceptional. I referred my sister and she went to open an account. Ashlyn was absolutely great to work with, professional, courteous and went out of her way to render the services my sister was requesting. They are the best!

I’ve had Logix since 2000; 24 years. They’re by far the best credit union and financial institution I’ve ever had. I’ve been with several banks before coming to Logix and they always managed to mess things up or screw me over. Logix is honest, their call center reps are so friendly, helpful and appreciative of me as a member. Whenever I go into the branch the tellers are so efficient, always have a smile on their face, etc. If the lines get long, I’ve seen the branch manager step in to help people. The branches in Santa Clarita and the branch out in Palmdale are absolutely wonderful. I’ve never had one issue or problem with Logix in 24 years that I’ve had them. They appreciate and value their members and will always have me as a customer. They are phenomenal!! Join Logix; you will be so happy you did.

Reviewed on . March 25th 2021. I don't have an account with Logix Bank. However, I am able to deposit using their ATM machines outside with my bank United States Postal Service Federal Credit Union. I'm not guilty, to say that I find it very convenient because since I live in Palmdale my nearest bank it's about 50 miles away in the city of San Fernando. So I want to give special thanks to this Bank and my bank for working together in order to make it convenient enough for me to be able to deposit using these ATM machines.

I took out a loan with Logix and one of the cashier checks got lost in the mail. I called logix and they said the manager in the branch could solve it much easier in person and could cancel the check and reissue it. I went in person and the teller was nice and was confused about what I was asking. She walked to the manager who was 5 feet behind and the manager told her that she couldn’t do it. I explained to the teller the situation and she understood and told this to the manager. The manager then sent the teller back saying no, asking for proof the other party did not receive the check. The whole time the manager never got up from her desk which was 5 feet from the window. I told the teller I called the other company and confirmed they hadn’t received anything. The manager kept refusing finally I left frustrated. I called logix back and they told me she should’ve been able to do and don’t understand why she refused. The managers name was Vanessa Fortson. And it’s a shame because I’ve always had positive experiences at logix.

Went on looking to open a joint account after every other big bank couldn't get us in until 4-5 days later. The Logix receptionist was very kind and let us know we could be helped within the hour, which was better than 5 days. They got us in with Tonya, who was an absolute sweetheart in helping us with what we needed. I'm not one to leave reviews but to get a hand written Thank you card from Tonya in the mail was the cherry on top of our already great service. Glad we walked into Logix and not waited for another bank to get back to us. I will be using Logix way more because of Tonya!

This company, by far, has the best customer service I’ve ever had. From start to finish these employees have been so helpful, nice, accommodating and just genuinely pleasant. Special thanks to Liliana who handled our car loan and Matt who went so above and beyond i can’t even express my gratitude.
