I want to share our experience of selling our home in another county and buying a home here in the Jonesboro area. After contacting a few agents, we contacted Maggie and Garrett Barnes at Nealocal Real Estate co.. They agreed to handle both transactions. Our home had an accepted bid in less than a month of being listed. Buying a home in the Jonesboro area, The Barnes were very patient with us. Garrett helped me buy my new home when moving back to Northeast Arkansas. I called a couple of other local agents but they wanted me to either pay special buyer fees or a buyer commission. Maggie and Garrett Barnes sold my home for only 4% instead of 7% like other REALTORS®, and did not charge me a single extra fee. With them, I increased my profit by $3,000. Garrett and Maggie sold some land for me I did not thank would sale very well. They made the experience grate. The $900.00 I saved in fees over other agents was a nice bones. I passed there info on to a relative and they sold his land also very quickly. I will use them on my next property.
