Called to get homeowners insurance because mine is ending soon. The representative was not eager to take my information because it was 20 minutes before they closed. So after getting the name and phone number she hung up, didn’t call back and when I called back she didn’t pick up. Just avoid this place if you want spectacular customers service at all times.
