To start we, my wife and I, were being relocated across the state to the Dallas area. We would only have limited time to find our first home to purchased. With demanding work schedules and a 5 hour distance we knew it was going to be a challenge. However, all those stresses disappeared when we started working with Andy.

Andy understood all the emotions that we were dealing with and the ones that would be coming. He was absolutely professional, great at communicating/staying in touch, and keeping us comfortable with the decisions we were making throughout the buying process.

We asked to see a lot of homes as we wished to put in an offer during the first weekend trip. The first weekend we saw 31 homes in 2 days and Andy did not hesitate to spend the time it took for us to learn several neighborhoods around the area. We ended up putting in an offer on what we thought was our dream home. Little did we know how crazy this market can be. Andy worked restlessly on the offer and with the sellers agent, but it just wasn’t in the cards. We refocused our attention and returned the next weekend ready to find the one. Andy was integral during this part. He stayed positive and kept our spirits high.

We returned to see 30 more homes, little did we know Andy’s surprise pick and first showing would be our dream come true. Andy had definitely done his homework when we arrived at each home he already had the layout and the specifications memorized. Even though the first house was the one, Andy still took the entire day to go through all the properties to confirm our gut feeling.

Throughout the process Andy was able to negotiate for each of our requested items, to make a very fair deal. He was on site for the inspection, since we could not be in town this was so helpful. We truly felt taken care of and included in the entire process even though we were hundreds of miles away. We could not have been in better hands and he treats his clients like family and understands what’s truly important. Did we mention all this was done during the first weeks and month of the covid pandemic? Yup! That’s right. We had been looking forward to closing on the house and getting that “first time homeowners” photo with Andy, but with covid nothing was normal. We signed paperwork in our cars and officially became homeowners in a Ford Fusion. We pulled up to the house and there’s Andy (6 feet away) ready to welcome us into our new home. Five diamond review all the way! This guy will be involved on all of our future real estate deals.
