Listing Spark is a terrific alternative to traditional home listing. Their online form asks everything you need for your listing and their modest fees include home photography. They send a sign, lockbox, and even provide feedback on your proposed list price. I recommend the add on of "Agent on Demand" since you get it super discounted if you sign up front. You only pay that fee of $600 when you close, so no risk there. I saved $14,200 using Listing Spark.

Just sold my home in Austin through ListingSpark. If you’re a bit of a control freak by nature anyways, selling your house with the help of ListingSpark just makes sense. They made it very very easy. We used listing Spark for the first time in selling a lot in Marble Falls, Texas. The process was efficient, and although the transaction was only the sale of raw land, which did not require real estate showings, the Team at Listing Spark kept on top of every detail once the buyer was convinced he wanted the property. We were out of the country during the negotiating process and out of state on the day of closing, but things could not have been more simplified-----right down to the virtual notary services----as the Spark team emailed us continually as paperwork was being submitted by both parties. I appreciate the fact that using Listing Spark enabled us to be more of the actual negotiating process to work out the details of the sale with our buyer. Bravo Zulu Team Listing Spark! I absolutely would use Listing Spark again! They saved us a ton of money and we sold our home quickly. We used agent on demand and I’m not sure how we would have done it without Kevon’s excellent help. The two reasons I took off a star were first, whenever I would email a question, it seemed like there wasn’t a cohesive response. It was like they didn’t look at the previous discussion. I fixed that by calling instead of emailing, and then always received a professional response and follow up. The other reason was the lack of professionalism of the photographer. It felt like a dude with a phone. Some of the pictures had obstacles appearing in the background, or were taken at unflattering angles. But the photography company immediately said they would redo the pics, although we ended up using some of the pictures, they edited others, and we added our own. Overall, a great experience!
