I can't say enough good things about Lisa and Count. We recently moved to NWA from out of state. To say things were stressful would be an understatement. We were fortunate to find a home that was in the final stages of being built. Since we were out of state, Lisa would periodically go over to the house with her blue tape and would tape everything up for us. I should add that she did this without us even asking for her to do it. She knew that we wouldn't be able to do it, so she took it upon herself to make sure our new home would be as perfect as possible when we moved our family in. Lisa and Count were ready to do whatever was needed to make our buying experience the best possible. They rearranged their schedules when we called them and told them we flew in for a last minute visit to look at a few more houses. They even face-timed us so we could conduct our final inspection before closing. I've worked with hundreds of Realtors in my career and I would count Lisa and Count as two of the best I've had the privilege of working with.

A little over a year ago, Lisa and Count Darling helped us to sell our home in Fayetteville. The house sold in just a couple of days, the work of moving had only just started.
We completed the semester of teaching, navigated last days and then set our sights on packing for storage before we found a house in Maryland. The stress of all of it resulted in me suddenly developing shingles in my eye (ouch!) and even when the flare was under control, I had to be really careful. There was one particular night when I hit a wall and could not pack another box. Lisa called to see how it was going and I told her - and within moments she was at our house with signature tape in hand, ready to help me pack pictures and fragile items. She stayed until almost midnight.
I’m still finding those little reminders of her kindness that night- and today I’m hanging more pictures around our new home.
When we were getting our house ready to sell, we ran our only car into cement blocks that fell in front of us on the road. Lisa brought her car to our house and insisted we use it until a rental car became available a few days later.
Lisa helped us find our house in Fayetteville. There were countless moments of great kindness just like those.
We have both moved several times in our lives, sold homes, bought new ones… never have we found a realtor who is as caring and committed to their clients and community as Lisa and her team.
