Lindsey is very professional. We met with three different agents including Lindsey and were impressed with the market presentation she gave at the @Properties offices. Lindsey was very straightforward in the assessment of our house and provided guidance on preparing it for sale. We discussed and agreed on a price and were very pleased with the response of potential buyers. The house was on the market and sold within a weekend. Lindsey is a rockstar realtor! We had been in our home for thirty-five plus years. Much had changed in those years. Lindsey assisted us as a buyer’s agent in the purchase of our condo in a sale by owner and as a seller’s agent in the sale of our home. All transactions were seamless. We were so fortunate to have Lindsey working with my husband and I to find a home in the western suburbs. While we were looking in a couple locations, we were very interested in La Grange where having Lindsey as a local expert was important! The buyer market is very tough right now, so having better insight from Lindsey into what was required to be competitive with our offers was key. Even after our smooth home closing, we are still in communication with Lindsey for local tips and contacts! Definitely recommend!!
