Lindsey has been great. I was selling a duplex with tenants and I live 4 hours away. Lindsey was my eyes, hands and feet so that I never had to travel to the location. She handled all of the arrangements wonderfully! Lindsey always goes above and beyond. She is also a great negotiator - when the other side wanted a $30,000 concession, Lindsey got them down to $4,000. Awesome!
