Lym Bances realty is the best!

I was facing foreclosure but didn't realize that there was an auction date for my home that was just two months away until one morning I recieved a phone call from Lym Bances who I honestly believed was just another buyer interested in my home.

I answered the phone reluctantly and was given the dreadful news by Lym that my home was going to be auctioned off very soon, however, as quickly as Lym gave me the bad news, she also gave me hopeful news!

Lym asked me if I ever applied for a loan modification before and I told her that I had done so several times during my home's foreclosure status and was denied each time. As such, I gave up on applying for loan modifications entirely.

She informed me that more likely than not I was denied due to my personal income and not because of my tenant's rental income. This really surprised me because I learned from Lym that bank's are primarily concerned with a landlord's ability to pay a mortgage, absent rental income from tenants, which explained why I was denied so many times before: My monthly income was simply too low for the times that I applied.

After I provided Lym with my current monthly earnings, which were substantially higher due to new employment, she told me that there was a good chance of being approved for a loan modification with the same mortgage company that had denied me several times before. Had I not decided to answer Lym's phone call that morning, my home may have very well been auctioned off. Thank God I answered Lym's phone call!

Lym Bances Realty applied for me and to my unexpected surprise I was approved for the loan modification, which, as a result, saved my home from foreclosure. I was not charged a single cent for the service that Lym provided for me and words cannot express the gratitude that I will forever have for Lym Bances Realty.

Lym was a blessing in disguise and I highly recommend her services to anyone experiencing the stresses of an impending foreclosure.
