After my Mom's passing my brother and I had the task of listing and try selling her condo. We met with Cheryl and she advised us of what to expect and assured us she would take care of the detail work such as staging. The amount of foot traffic and offers was great. We ended up selling the property eventhough the rates were way up and our expectations were low, we sold for over listing price with no problems. I worked with Amy and Yoko Clark for the sale of my home and the purchase of new home. We worked with Yoko and Amy to sell our home in 2021. It was a great experience, and we partnered with them again in 2022 to buy our next home. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable during the process. They helped us work with the buyers on our listing after the inspection. We moved to Columbus last year and most of our relocation had fallen into place seamlessly. When the time came to buy a house, the market remained on the side of the seller and I was certain that we had embarked on a “mission impossible”. Late on a Friday night I sent Amy Clark an email inquiring if buying a home right now was even a possibility. She surprised me with a prompt response of encouragement and we met the following day. I was impressed by the "can-do" attitude displayed by both Amy and Yoko. They acknowledged the search may be difficult, but not impossible. I put my trust in them and we began our search. After a few viewings that looked more like open houses and 2 unsuccessful bids I quickly lost hope. We were nearing the end of our rate lock-in when Yoko and the Clark Group came through with a home for us! I thought I was going to have to settle, but the house checked all of our boxes! Yoko remained committed to finding us a house and was there by our side throughout the process. They made this experience a successful one and I'm so glad that they were a part of our journey!

I worked with Amy Clark when buying my first home and she was AMAZING!!! It's been 5 years and I still recommend her to everyone looking to buy a house. She is incredibly knowledgable, friendly and such a joy to be around. I worked with another realty company before Amy and there is truly no comparison. Amy goes above and beyond to meet her client's needs and truly is such a positive light and she really cares about all of her clients. I highly recommend her. My wife and I bought our first home recently, and we had a great experience working with Life Point Real Estate! Our agent Kristi Simpson was fantastic and supported us throughout the entire process. She thoroughly answered any questions we had, and acted quickly whenever we requested to view a home. This really helped us out with the house we ended up purchasing. We asked her to view it early one morning when we saw it on Zillow, and by that afternoon we had toured the home and put together an offer! In addition to being on top of things, Kristi was helpful when viewing properties and honest about the pros and cons based on what we were looking for.
