I do not have anything negative to say about Liberty Properties! Living in a 3b/3ba apartment that this company owns was a highlight of my college experience. I could easily walk to downtown Auburn without having to pay extremely high prices. I did not have many maintenance issues, but the times I did (which was never more than general and average things that happen to living spaces over time), the maintenance man on site was incredibly helpful and kind always- even on the weekend and after hours. I would genuinely recommend at least touring on of their properties, especially if you are a college student!

Leasing was fast and easy. Both Lindsay and Alyssa are great at their jobs proficient to get everything on time in a timely manner, very professional. James from maintenance always comes when you need him to come always on time gets everything done in a timely professional manner. My experience will liberty property has been the best rental property that I have ever had. I lived in Ross park for 3 years. Now I live in North point in the front, very accommodate thank you very much Liberty Property management.

I’ve been living here since August and so far I can say, this place has the best maintenance. I’ve lived in three apartments before this and it usually takes DAYS for someone to come fix an issue, but here, someone is at the door within a day. I really do feel cared for here. All of the property managers respond pretty quickly with answers to our questions. I love living here so much! It really does feel like home!:)

Me and my sister were desperately trying to find student housing in Auburn back in Spring. Every other company was so slow and not willing to help us find what we wanted till we met Allyssa at Liberty Properties. She met us in ten minutes after we called about housing and the first place she showed us was exactly what we wanted. We are very thankful and appreciative of all that they do and how hard they work for their tenants.

We’ve loved Liberty Properties! It’s been a dream to stay in the little 1 bedroom loft. It’s close to campus, the people are SO kind, and the maintenance is always done well and super quickly. I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay. I’m going to be so sad when we leave and it’s been the best renter decision I’ve ever made.

Had to acknowledge that Liberty properties is a great place to live! Friendly neighborhood but the best thing is the management I’ve been living in Northlake property for almost 4 years now the moving in process was so easy, and if any maintenance needs to be done they are there ASAP making sure all your needs are met and shout out to Allyssa who is so sweet and always working with me and answering literally all my questions. Best place to live 10/10

I am a resident of Liberty Properties going on my third lease year with them. I am in awe of this property not only the sense of security, the staff, maintenance and residents make living here a pleasure. The staff is quick to answer any questions, if there is an issue(which is rare) they address it with the urgency you would expect. All maintenance issue are minor ones, the only issue I have had living here three years is replacing my light fixtures. They care about their property and the residents to whom reside with them, not only is the premises suitable for students, they are family friendly as well. My family and I have come to the conclusion we are permit residents of Liberty Property. If this is the type of environment you are looking for, do yourself a great favor in rent from one of their many properties.
