I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Liberty Credit Union. Despite specifically requesting to walk in for a Co-op deposit—something I've done without issue at multiple other credit unions across several states—they were unable to process it. To make matters worse, the front desk woman was extremely rude and passive-aggressive throughout the interaction. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic service is unacceptable. I would not trust them with my money or recommend them to anyone seeking reliable financial services.

Liberty Federal Credit Union on Medical Center Parkway: A Truly Exceptional Experience

I recently had the pleasure of buying a new truck using an auto loan from Liberty Federal Credit Union on Medical Center Parkway in Murfreesboro, TN. I generally do not look forward to the whole car buying process, but my experience with the working out financing with Liberty FCU was so outstanding that I feel compelled to share it.

From the moment I walked into the branch, Michael and Renee made the entire experience a great one. Their attentiveness and dedication were evident from the start, as they always put my priorities first. They provided excellent support every step of the way, ensuring that all my needs were met and any concerns I had were promptly addressed.

Michael and Renee's commitment to finding the best resolutions to any issues that arose was truly impressive. I never felt like just another customer; I could sense how invested they were in helping me with this important purchase. Their genuine care and effort transformed what is typically a stressful process into a smooth and enjoyable one.

Knowing that the team at Liberty Federal Credit Union on Medical Center Parkway is there to support me gives me confidence for future financial events like this. I have never had such an unprofessional experience at Liberty Federal Credit Union Murfreesboro until today. Very Rude and Unprofessional staff here now! Some of the people are new here. The new teller Tiffany has anger issues and a nasty, big, ugly attitude and has no place in any customer service. She will never touch my account again! The female Branch manager is part of the problem at this branch and saw Tiffany in action and did nothing to correct her attitude. Definitely need a staff upgrade here. Reading other customers reviews I see that I am not the only person that agrees that there is no professionalism at this branch. Higher ups need to take a look at some of the people working here.
