Buyer beware, major issues with 2322 Comstock Lane, Lincoln CA. LGI did not feel the need to fix these issues prior to my scheduled close. I ended up canceling the purchase. Read the reviews, don’t let them try and convince you that the warranty will take care of it. It’s a new home it should be perfect!

This review is well overdue but I just wanted to share my praise for our agent Sabah, her manager Ryan and our loan officer Frederick. But Especially for Sabah! We walked into the situation completely new at this and she took the time to thoroughly educate us and answer all of our questions, catered to our family’s needs throughout the whole process (even our squirmy kids in the office) and ultimately helped us end up in our dream first home. She even gifted us a Ring camera and glasses as housewarming gifts! Sabah is so sweet and patient, and we feel so lucky to have had an agent like her. Ryan was great, very friendly and also totally accommodating and supportive. And finally, our loan officer Frederick who was so chill and did all the behind the scenes magic of helping us get through a CRAZY 30-day closing period. We feel blessed to have had a fantastic team with LGI. As first time buyers, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience AND we ended up in a beautiful home that we love.

My husband and I have been put through the wringer for the last couple of months when it came to our home buying process. Granted our situation is a little bit more difficult since we are buying our second home while keeping our first one as a rental. We started off with trying to buy an older house and kept getting outbid, so we decided to look at new builds. The first development we worked with were so unprofessional & uneducated so we decided to move on from them. When I presented our situation with Christine at LGI homes she was prompt, educated, and willing to do whatever she could to help us get into our dream home. We were immediately impressed. She is quick to answer all of my texts/calls (which have been a lot lol) She’s extremely educated on the home buying process and the loan side as well!! She got us into an even better/bigger house then we had originally anticipated. LGI makes the process easy and upfront from the beginning. Also, Frederick has been our Loan Officer during this process and has been amazing as well. My family has been in real estate for 30+ years and they are all very impressed with how well they have treated my husband and I. We got a perfect house and a great rate. We are so happy!

Christine from LGI was awesome!! As a first time homebuyer they really did a great job with being patient & answering all of our questions, calls & texts. They make it very simple thru their loan office to get all of the paperwork dialed in. From the moment we saw the house we were moved in a month later. Christine is awesome about checking in to make sure everything is going smoothly & making sure you will be taken care of. The homes are great & LGI does a great job making sure you understand everything completely. We are very grateful to everyone we worked with & highly recommend.
