After a phone call to discuss why I was looking for a private investigator I hired Gary with a nonrefundable $2,500 retainer fee. I was informed there would be updates given to me regarding what the retainer fee was used for during his time working my case. Since then (about a month and a half) I have yet to hear anything from him or his team, no updates, not a single email, nothing. Gary received $2,500 for not doing a single thing, Zero stars would be left if it was possible.

This guy hired me...a private investigator, to serve a summons and complaint to a guy in Eustis FL. Our Fee was $60. We normally get paid in advance but he begged me to do the job and the check is in the mail. As a fellow Private Investigator I extended him the courtesy of work before payment. Big mistake, I ended up spending 5-6 hours doing skip tracing and numerous attempts at any address where the respondent might be found. All to no avail. However, after all of my work, he refused to pay the $60. Totally unprofessional and criminal. I would never recommend this guy to ANYONE.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mom.

This was a scam from the start. If my family could leave 0 stars, we would.

Back in 2020 during the COVID pandemic, we gave him $2000 to do some private investigation work. Once we gave him the money, we never heard back from him. Every single update we got was from us calling him for an update. His answer every single time, "It is rainy, we couldn't do anything." Or, "Because of COVID restrictions, no one is out."

My family did give him some slack considering the COVID restrictions, so we asked him for an itemized receipt for the things they did do and if we could get a refund for the rest they didn't use. However, he gave us more excuses and didn't even give us an itemized receipt, nor a refund.

Additionally, his team called us to get the names of the people we wanted them to investigate, when we already gave it to them and it was in their system!

Needless to say, we got scammed out of $2000 for nothing and this team did absolutely nothing to investigate what we asked them to do. Do not recommend anyone going to this company for investigation work.

Gary is wonderful. I needed a court hearing served and I am in California. I got ahold of Gary and he immediately sent me the what I needed to get the process started. He had both people served that day!! He is reliable and I would not hesitate to contact him for any additional needs.
