If I could give a zero star to this Tax Service... I would. On April 6, I had called his office to follow up on my tax forms submission for I haven't received a call or an email. Was told they were waiting for payment until they submit it. Which by the way I never received a request for payment. So, while a male was on the phone with me... I had given them a credit card number to pay for the fee which transaction was completed. Was told he would submit the documents "right now" as soon we got off the phone. It is now June 9 and I sent a follow up email because I was unable to locate my tax status on IRS website. They responded by stating that they have not sent it out for the payment was not received and they apologize for the mix-up. Like really!!!! Now awaiting for them to respond and asking for a copy of my tax papers with receipts of submission to IRS and State for now it's extremely late on filing. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

Too bad that there is no zero star. They are so unprofessional. They made a mistake and said it was a customer’s fault. I paid more than $400. Never go there. Waste of money!!
