Great price and professional service. For owners of special cars, this is insurance company and coverage they provide Leland west is the best deal you will find. I was interested in the agreed value service they offer and the amazingly low premium. Forget the big insurance companies like Geico or progressive, they simple don’t offer the kind of policies that special cars need. I am very glad I found Leland-west, you will be also ?

Leland West Ins brokers are without a doubt, the most CUSTOMER focused service, I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

They helped me in every step of the process in assuring I was recieving full and complete compensation from the underwriting Insurance Company who actually carried my, stated value policy.

when the insurance company appeared to be stonewalling, Leland West stepped in and escalated my issue to assure fair and adequate policy stated compensation.

Furthermore, Leland West quoted rates, were the best of all other, stated value rates.

For me, Leland West is all I need to know for a collector car, stated value auto policy.

Any negative reviews you see here surrounding a painful process to get insured I would strongly disagree with. In fact I experienced the exact opposite and found Megan to be prompt professional and reasonable on any information that was asked for when insuring a classic car. I have not experienced the same level of service from any competitors. This is a pleasure use only policy. So it is not to be used for running daily errands, but if you have the car out a a club event and need to run by the store for food or supplies it is 100% covered.

ZERO STARS! I ATTEMPTED to get a quote from LelandWest through their rep Megan Rivera. Gave them all the info on the two autos I wanted them to insure, but they kept wanting additional info on the two cars I was NOT insuring. Provided proof of coverage on my daily drivers but they continued to want more details on daily drivers. Crazy! Not worth the trouble of dealing with them! Do not deal with these folks!

The application process was cumbersome and nonsensical. They wanted insurance declaration information on all of my vehicles, including the motorcycles. I was insuring a clasic Chevy, all of the other vehicle would remain with the current insurance company. Also, all of the house holds driver information was requested. Eventual I gave up and swith to Grundy. Something I should have done from the start. It took 10 minutes to apply and the policy was approved 30 minutes after I submitted the application. One can only hope that Leland-West really did delete and destroy my personal information as requested.

This company offers great rates BUT doesn't allow you to "run errands" in your car... That is very strange and unrealistic. You can't stop at the post office or the grocery store when driving your car otherwise they won't cover anything that happens during that drive. RIDICULOUS AND UTTERLY STUPID!

The worst! I had them for about 5 years. Had a claim because of Hurricane flood. took them about a month to pay then when I got new cars they say they won't insure me because of the claim. Good Luck with these Monkeys!
