I cannot stress enough how wonderful Legacy Home Buyers was to work with. As an out of state seller, I was feeling incredibly overwhelmed until I called this company. Beau and Andrew came right out, made me a very fair offer, and set my mind at ease. They, and Victoria, did absolutely everything for me, and we closed about three weeks later. Victoria was always available to answer any questions I had, and they even provided a mobile notary to come to my home. A wonderful, seamless, process where they quite literally did all the work. Grant and Andrew were knowledgeable and explained the process of buying my house As Is . They talked about real estate market conditions which provided me with some valuable information regarding my property.They also walked the house and after finished, we set down and ran some numbers. They made an offer for my property, as an investor standpoint, not as a retail buyer. Note, their offers would be under the retail price. Did not work for me this time, but overall , I had a positive experience and would highly recommend their services, specially if you have to sell quickly, because, according to them, they can close the sale on the same day. However, don’t expect retail prices for your property offer.
