I have worked with Leachman Home Loans since 2001when they helped finance my first purchase on the Central Coast. Since then, I have completed 3 refinance loans with their help. Every time the process has gone smooth with no hiccups. They have always been fair about current interest rates and what direction they felt they were headed when it came to locking in a rate.

We were extremely dissatisfied with Leachman Home loans, Nancy Leachman. We would never use her again and would never recommend her. When you are dealing with peoples money and finances, you need to be knowledgeable in what you are telling your client. You also need to make your clients aware of changes or discrepancies in what you told them. We were not confident in how she handled our HELOC loan. Nancy mislead us and misrepresented the loan. When we questioned her on inconsistency, she had excuses of previous health issues and said that the numbers were not final.
We will be filing a formal complaint and seek further action against her if necessary.
