Katie is a stellar agent, whether buying or selling. I'd known her personally for a few years so, when it was time to sell my house, I initially just approached her for advice. She was so knowledgeable and prepared, making her my realtor was a no-brainer.

I really didn't know how personally stressful selling would be for me, but Katie made that all disappear. She's prepared, friendly, empathetic, knowledgeable and motivated. She thinks of everything and made showing while I was away on business a breeze. She's so exceptionally clever and personable, (it's impossible not not get along with or admire her), so I feel like she knows everyone in the business. Katie has a wonderful upbeat personality, knows the Slidell and New Orleans markets and knows all the best people to get each job done. Her father was in real estate so she seems experienced beyond her years. She got great direction and picked up a lot from him. On my particular sale there were several unusual features, both legal and structural. The seller's broker was particularly difficult to deal with, but Katie kept me insulated from the worst of it, and she did their job for them when they were slacking. She kept me open and smiling when i was getting concerned about the seller, and got me the right people to talk to for my concerns. She said she learned a lot on my sale, and was more interested in making sure i was happy than in making the sale. I wouldn't believe it if another agent just said it, but she proved time and time again to be professional and true to her word. I recommend her to everyone who needs a real estate agent. I happily got her help on a subsequent small purchase of an adjacent lot.

Last year, we purchased waterfront property that Katie listed on Bayou Liberty. We were so impressed with her knowledge of wetlands, mitigation, working with the Corps of Engineers, elevation requirements, and the local Slidell market that we asked her to list our other property off of Bayou Liberty in Slidell.

She went above and beyond to get our property sold! She had professional pictures taken from multiple angles to help potential buyers really see the beauty of the lot. She guided us in setting the price. She advertised on social media and other outlets to make sure the word was out on our property. She gave us regular updates and responded quickly to our questions. She's also just fun to be around.
