Convenience store near biggest and famous mosque around Tokyo/Shibuya. there is plenty of food and beverages option, however theres no bench that we can use for eat so we need to sit around plant beside the road

私は家族と一緒に日本で観光していて、コンビニの外で食事をしていました。そこの席は使えるはずだったので。 50歳くらいの日本人の男性が英語で何度も「食べないで」と言ってきました。そして「ごめんね」とも言っていました。私はその行為が無礼に感じました。コンビニの前で食べることは問題ないと思っていました。彼がその行動を取った理由は、私の家族の2人がヒジャブを着用していたことから、人種差別やイスラム恐怖症が原因だったのではないかと疑っています。この出来事は私たちに日本に対するネガティブな印象を与えました。
