Called to get a cheaper rate spoke with Jamie was told to call back next month to make the payment on the new auto policy. After being concern because he didn’t have any information on the new policy that he offered me, we got in a argument because I’m concerned how was he able to give me a quote & now they don’t have a system to keep notes on their customers. Finally got the new policy set up was told to go sign the new documents. I can’t access call back let him knw I couldn’t, He’s trying to walk me through the process just assuming I don’t have the common sense to of signing online documents & assuming I’m doing something incorrectly, He’s steps where wrong by the way! I let him know that something on his end was wrong my birthday last name something. Sure enough it was my birthday (he listens to respond)a 10 year difference, I was told where going to get that updated for you & give you a call if your amount changes. Called back 2 days later birthday wasn’t updated! I don’t feel like I’m in the best hands at this point!

Lavaughn is a Good man but the insurance he offers is total trash. Home insurance is no good. They will not pay. Auto insurance is no good even with Collision,
