Updating my review of Lankford & Battle as I believe an agency that offers great customer service in this digital age should be recognized. Noreen , Angie and Carolyn went above and beyond to assist me with my automobile policy yesterday. They spent time to ensure I was receiving the best possible rates and stepped in to help me with a claim that wasn't related to my auto insurance, even getting a rental car for my son. That deserves recognition!

Got a flier in the mail advertising a nice price for home owners insurance so I went to this office to get details and possibly add my autos. The advertised price was a ruse, the real price was twice as much. Pure bait and switch.

I stand by my review. You had my home address and I'm sure you have access to plenty of details about myself and property. You knew when my current insurance expires, where I live (picture from Street View included!), square footage, blah, blah, blah. But you jacked up the price two-fold without even asking a single question about me or my house once I arrived. You just started asking about my cars so you could offer overpriced rates on those. You could have saved me the trouble of coming to your office when I called. Bait and switch. This used to be illegal.
