Laura is the best agent I’ve worked with, both as a buyer and a seller. And I’ve worked with quite a few agents in the past in Canada, US and Hk. Nobody even comes remotely close to her enthusiasm, attention to detail, and client orientation. But most importantly, she ALWAYS wants to make sure that you end up in a home that is what you will love. So she will second guess you and bring up legitimate concerns about properties that may look good in pictures, but with her experience she knows the red flags to look for. That’s her style—And I highly respect that.
As a seller, i also worked with Laura remotely all the way when I was in Asia, and she coordinated every single step of the sale flawlessly (from tiny renovation/staging, marketing and showing, negotiations, making sure all the disclosures are done correctly, and even post sales).
She’s very easy to work with, willing to go to 10 extra miles, always reachable, and solution oriented. It bogs my mind how she finds the time to do everything she does!
I’ve referred Laura to some of my very good friends (and I’m not one to make referrals easily), and they have all been so happy that they referred her to their own friends!
If you are in the market, definitely talk to Laura. She knows the SF market inside out, and I genuinely do not think you will find a better agent who has your best interest in mind than she does!

Laura is a complete professional at her job, which really helped to ease the stress for us in what is usually a crazy home buying experience in SF.
Given her terrific reputation within the industry, we always felt respected and well taken care of as we navigated the open house process.
Laura’s experience also helped us spot potential issues with a property that we’d never even thought to identify as first-time home buyers.
After helping us find our dream home in a perfect location, Laura was also able to shepherd us through a smooth and relatively stress-free closing process.
Thanks, Laura!

As first time buyers, it was overwhelming to get started on the San Francisco home buying process, learn the market/terminologies, and figure out how we could be prepared when the right home was available.
We were referred to Laura by a couple who had just bought a home with her. Connections are important in the market here, and Laura knows just about everyone in the industry. Whenever we visited open houses together, every agent seemed to have a positive story about working with her. Through these connections, Laura was able to get us additional insight into the homes and offer processes, helping our anxiety around some of the unknowns.
We had a very specific area that we wanted to live (Noe Valley, Dolores Heights), and started our conversations with Laura being upfront about our desire to wait until the right place came by as location was our most important factor. She was not turned off by our lack of timeline, was very patient with us through the home search, and never pushed us to make an offer on a home.
Laura has a discerning eye about homes and was very honest to point out potential considerations for homes (strange layouts, additional space that isn't really functional, etc.). She wasn't afraid to tell us whether a home was worth the list price or not. Buying a home is an emotional process, so it is good to have someone who keeps an objective eye on things. We probably visited somewhere around 30-40 open houses, the vast majority together with her. Our search felt a bit haphazard, especially after we put in 2 non-winning offers and slowly learned the realities of buying a home here. Laura was very encouraging throughout the ups and downs of the process- also very important in navigating the market in San Francisco!
Thankfully, third time's the charm- Laura helped us place a winning offer on our home. The offer process was stressful on this home, as we ended up changing our offer 3 times over the course of 6 hours, but she helped make sure we got everything in on time to win the house. We ended up beating 10 other offers because she was able to give us status updates and turn around our new offers on time.
Our buying experience went smoothly, and Laura advocated for us throughout the process to ensure that we got all the home information, a cleaned home, and a copy of the keys (which the Seller's agent didn't bother to do despite Laura's persistent earlier communications). Laura also didn't stop at just helping with the purchase process. She helped put us in contact with her vast network of vendors to get things quoted on the house so that we could start on that work as soon as possible on the things we wanted to do.
The best part of this whole story is that Laura was able to get us a gem of a home right in the center of that original map that we gave her almost a year ago. Truly full circle. We can't wait to move in soon and start the next chapter of our lives together. Forever thankful for Laura's help in getting us a new place to call home.

Laura helped us purchase our home in 2024. As first-time buyers, she provided excellent consultation on key items. This included home inspection and contingencies, comparison of how competitive the market was with similar homes in the area and assisting us in finding vendors to get us through close and beyond. She was instrumental is helping get us through the process in a very short time and helped manage the timeline while we were out of town. Her detail and the work she put behind her research made us very confident in the whole process.

Laura is hands-down the best realtor you can work with. I’ve worked with her twice - to purchase my condo in 2012 and to sell it in 2024. In both experiences, Laura was incredible throughout the process. I’ll focus on my 2024 experience where Laura helped me sell my condo while I was living in Santa Monica. My wife and I have a 1-year old, and it wasn’t feasible to do trips up to San Francisco. Laura handled every step of the process and allowed me to sell the condo over the asking price. She assessed the unit and identified a series of upgrades that would help. We then prioritized the upgrades with my budget. Laura then helped me find contractors and find the hardware. She then project managed the actual upgrades, staying in close contact over the phone. We did the counters, sinks, faucets, lights, floors, painted the wall, and more. She then marketed and showed the unit. Despite a slow time in the market, we got multiple offers over the asking price! The offer we took was a two-part loan that was quite complicated. Laura helped me understand the risks and navigated me through the closing period.
Some things you get with Laura. She is experienced and knows exactly what you should do at each step - preparing, listing, marketing, and negotiating the close. You spend time when it’s required and you don’t waste time when it’s unnecessary. She has a strong network in the city, and can get you the right value for your needs. The network also comes into play when you’re buying and selling. Other realtors know Laura’s honesty, integrity, and volume. That means others want to work with her. Most of all, you can expect someone who will understand what you need, be honest about what you can and can’t do, and provide the right guidance throughout. Over time, you’ll get a friend who can literally make your home a better place.

Laura is the best!! A few months ago she helped my wife and I buy our first home and we had a fantastic experience! As first-time buyers, we had no idea where to start and felt so intimidated at the thought of even contacting a real estate agent. Laura was incredibly patient walking us through the intricacies and peculiarities of buying in SF.
She did a ton of work helping us understand what was important to us in a home. She was refreshingly blunt about what was possible within our budget , and showed us enough different types of places that we were able to sort through what features were worth it and what we could live without. At the start of this process, I'm not sure the place we ended up buying would have even made it through our zillow filters, but I'm so thrilled with what we ended up with!
Communication with Laura and her team was the best - she was responsive by email, text, and phone usually within minutes, even at odd hours. A few times she helped us put together late night bids on a tight schedule with only a few hours notice! I know she had a number of other clients actively buying and selling at the same time, but we always felt like her priority.
She has a wide net of professional connections within SF that made different parts of the home buying process much easier. She personally knew most of the selling agents we ended up crossing paths with, an I'm convinced that helped our bid get accepted on the place we bought. Once we closed she had a long list of contacts to help us with plumbing, electrical, flooring that really came in handy!
TL;DR: Laura understands her clients values and helps them find what they're looking for, is incredibly easy to work and communicate with, has great connections within the city, and is generally a lovely person who I would 100% work with again!

This review covers our second interaction with Laura. The first involved her spending time seven years ago helping us understand the value of a house we had inherited in San Francisco. Although, in the end, we decided to keep and renovate the house instead of selling, Laura was very gracious and generous with her time.
Because of this first interaction, we decided to call on Laura seven years later to help us find and purchase a second San Francisco home for our family. Laura was outstanding in this role as well and helped us search for and eventually purchase the right home (after looking extensively for several months). During the "looking phase", Laura's knowledge of San Francisco homes proved to be invaluable. She was always the consummate professional and demonstrated great communication skills. People reading this review should also know that whenever we mentioned Laura's name to other agents at open houses, they would always speak about her in the highest complementary tems.

This is the second time we enlisted Laura’s help to sell a house in San Francisco. Our prior experience with Laura was so positive that we knew we would call on her the next time we needed to put a house on the market. Ten years from the first sale, we are again wholeheartedly satisfied and ecstatic with the results.
Earlier this year, we had the responsibility of getting a house on the market in San Francisco that was part of a family trust. We contacted Laura to help with the process.
The interior of the house was old and worn and had seen better times as it had not been updated for 50 years. From day one of the appointment, Laura began contacting and mobilizing her vast network of skilled contractors to plan the repairs and improvements. Like the first time Laura helped us sell a house, the process got rolling quickly once she entered the picture. When Laura began calling on her network of contractors, they were available as soon as that day or the next. So when the repairs were completed and the stager had applied his talents, the house had undergone a stunning transformation in just under a month. It was amazing and exciting to see the house so vibrant with style and rejuvenated, standing proud and ready for its next family.
Endless thanks to Laura and all the contractors involved in applying their skills and talents on the project. After two weekends of open house, we received an unexpectedly high number of offers. The house sold for well over the listing price.
We would absolutely recommend Laura to anyone needing a real estate agent. She is pleasant to work with, has excellent judgment, responds quickly, constantly keeps you informed, and produces first-rate, highly professional marketing materials. For the second time, we couldn’t be happier with our experience having Laura as our real estate agent. Because of Laura’s expertise and skillful orchestration, we firmly believe the entire process could not have gone smoother or better than it did. Five plus stars!
