I love the people that work here. However, they're never staffed enough. And you sit in the drive through for ten to forty minutes. just two cars. Not complaining about the staff, not their fault. That there's not enough of them.Love the bank, love everything else.Just don't get the point of why we're waiting twenty or thirty minutes in a drive through.

Launch offered us a low rate on our loan, even beating out other institutions we’d been pre-approved with. Connie Chiles made the loan paperwork easy, gathered all the information on the phone, and when my wife and I got the branch all we needed to do was to read and sign the docs.
