Susie was enthusiastic about her job, always answering the phone with a cheery greeting. Our home for sale had multiple showings.Susie worked well with other realtors with the goal in mind: the selling of our home.In finality, we purchased a home listed by another agent, but Susie represented us well, even though we noticed her paid fee was going to be less than expected.Her comments were always positive.Susie also went above and beyond to give us suggestions that would ultimately help us settle into our new home after the sale.Casano Law Firm was our closing agent.Our Florida Realtor, who was also selling a home for us, became very familiar with the ladies at the law firm.She was able to make us feel comfortable about the wiring of monies that allowed us to smoothly sell in Florida and the following day buy in Mississippi.Susie took care of us by choosing this Law Firm.
The only suggestion I have is two fold.Print off all contract and preview of closing documents and take with you to closing.
Also be aware that you may have issues with well water in the coastal areas of Bay St.Louis.Ask your selling agent for a Water Safety Report as a contract disclosure.
This is only a possible issue when the water is from a well.
