I have done this 4 times now (buying a house), and by far, this is most effective team I have ever worked with! No wonder the Laricy team is number one in Chicago! They are prompt, extremely responsive, always on top
of every curved ball thrown my way (and there were a few!). My realtor, Justin is awesome, professional and always on time! Jamie is as good as they get! She knows her stuff, puts the right pressure on the lenders and does the work to make things happen behind the scenes! Matt is of course is the best in the industry. He’s got the right systems (those comparative analysis are incisive and easy to understand!) an impeccable team and the expertise that’s best in the business!

Absolutely Outstanding! We have moved numerous times all over the country in the last 20 years, and Matt Laricy and his team were by far the best realty team we have ever encountered.
