I was very nervous coming into the dentist office because my teeth have never been a priority since childhood. My first appointment for the exam went great and everyone was very nice. Three days later I had an appointment to get a small filling, and Dr. Almalla and Ms. Ashley were so great. They both did a fantastic job making sure I was comfortable. For my first two dentist visits, they went so much better than I could have imagined. Big thanks to everyone at this office!

My experience at Lane & Associates Family Dentistry Maysville office was exceptional! This was my first time there, and I am pleasantly satisfied with the service and care provided. All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the procedures during my visit. Sarah, the hygienist is amazing, and in all of my years, I have never had a better cleaning! She also provided me with valuable information about caring for teeth between visits. The hygienist student who worked on me as well provided great care and will be an asset to the profession! The dentist who did my examination was kind, professional, and educated me on a process needed to ensure that my oral health is maintained. I can only say great things about this practice; from the pleasant secretary who greeted me upon my arrival, to the entire dental staff, I look forward to returning!

Very professional, compassionate and caring! I have a family of four including myself and they were able to accommodate us all. I came back today for dental work. Once again the ladies in the office are so welcoming! Kesha has the best smile and so welcoming! It had been a long time since I had been able to go a dentist so I had some pretty extensive work needing done. I was met with absolutely no judgment whatsoever with how bad my teeth had gotten. During the consult Dr Beutel presented me with my options and took the time to answer all my questions so I was fully comfortable my decision. They day of the procedure I was understandably a little nervous, Ms Ashley was the absolute SWEETEST and put me right to ease. Both her and Dr Beutel asked me how I was doing several times throughout. Everyone I've met in the office is so nice and I never felt rushed through my appointments which is a BIGGIE for me.

Dr. Amal and Ms. Ashley are BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL. From start to finish, every aspect of our emergency dental appointment has been, without a doubt, flawless. My teen daughter was very nervous when she broke her tooth, but this office and their staff went above and beyond to comfort her and even managed to fix her tooth the same time as her last minute appointment. Even from making the initial phone call, service was nothing other than outstanding. I cannot say enough positive things about this office.
