Tammy made the entire process so easy and she was there every step of the way! She was extremely helpful and was quick to respond to all of our questions. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our new home. Tammy had it cleaned and ready for us on move in day! As we settled in after the sale, she checked in on us to see if there was anything we needed. The owners had left a few items and she came to pick them up and ship them to their new home. Tammy was so assuring that we would be able to sell our house. I would give her 5 stars if her communication was via cell phone instead of texts. She was very reliable to respond to my calls or texts. She had it shown frequently, after the first contract offered the first week, was terminated after inspection. She advised us about improvements, helping us find local repairmen. which helped the sale of the property.

I have used Tammy Landry for my last three real estate transactions in the Greers Ferry Lake area.
She represented the buyers on my first transaction with her and I was so impressed with her hard work and honesty that I used her to purchase my new home a few months later. Tammy helped me combine lots, help find contractors that she knows from years of reliable work.
I recently decided to sell my vacation home in FFB after seven years and of course I gave her a call, she sold my home in less than a month for a fair price and handled all the inspections etc seamlessly. If we decide to return to the lake I would call her without hesitation, until then I don’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a agent with the most knowledge of the GFL area.
