WOW! There is no doubt for my family and I that Landmark Reality and Investments was/is the premiere company to utilize regarding the buying and selling of our home(s). Our agent, Tommy Cangelosi, worked extremely hard to sell our family house for the highest price possible. He provided and executed a well-designed plan that resulted in an immediate traffic of buyers; whereby, our house sold in a very timely and one might say, quickly manner. We were absolutely impressed (blown away) with Mr. Cangelosi’s knowledge of the real estate market area plus his professionalism and dedication to meet our family needs toward selling our house. His communication was outstanding; whereby, our family never felt out of the loop during the entire process. Once we closed on the selling of our house, we had no reservations on using Mr. Cangelosi toward purchasing another home. Because Mr. Cangelosi took the time to treat us like family in the beginning, he was well aware of the type of home we wanted to purchase. The showings he lined-up for us were spot-on to our needs with no showings being a waste of time. We made an offer on a home very soon after. In the end, Landmark Reality and Investments is an outstanding company that absolutely went above and beyond regarding our real estate needs. We would give them more stars as a rating if possible. And, should we sell our home again, Landmark Reality and Investments will be our first and ONLY call.
