I had a fantastic experience at landings this past week. I have been a member ever since my mom enrolled me I'm not sure how many years ago. I recently just went to go apply for a used auto loan with Jessica Wilson and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER and landings overall!!! Jessica was extremely educated, helpful, sympathetic, and answered all of my questions clearly and patiently. Being a first time car buyer, I naturally was extremely confused on the process and Jessica made the experience ... dare I say... delightful!! The knowledge I gained and the peace of mind I feel knowing I am with a credit union that supports me is amazing. Thank you Jessica!

I am super excited to share my experience at Landings Credit Union in Tempe. Every time I go to the branch, I am greeted with a smile. I am a teacher and they are owned by teachers and truly care about my financial needs. I work with Jessica Wilson each time and she is knowledgeable, patient, and answers all my questions. I have my bank accounts, auto loan, and just bought an extended auto warranty through them for an unbeatable price. They truly care about your needs and do not try pushy sale tactics. This credit union charges a $10 fee for wire transfers that I didn’t know about for a deposit. I asked how was I supposed to know that and was told it’s on the fees schedule. I’m not liking this credit union more and more.

I had a disappointing experience on a
call with the bank yesterday. I spoke with a representative named Candy, and the conversation did not go well. It felt like she wasn’t listening to my concerns and frequently talked over me when I tried to address an error with a bank fee that was charged. It was frustrating to feel unheard. Eventually, a manager stepped in (I didn’t catch their name) and resolved the issue, which I appreciate. However, the initial lack of empathy and poor communication from Candy left a negative impression.

I have had many car loans with Landings and they are always a great team with great rates. I did my 1st equity loan with them after much research and they were just as great with a lower rate than competitors. Marcela was my main contact and was perfect, she always responded to my questions quickly, honestly and accurately.
