Lance and his team are top notch. The house search, purchase & selling process is such a rollercoaster, but they are there for you every step of the way. Everything from identifying red flags, house prep, offer/negotiation strategy, the contract process, etc. Lance is incredibly knowledgeable, super responsive, and will ensure other buyers/sellers don't walk all over you.
