Steve was absolutely incredible to work with. He was recommended to us by a friend and I am so glad he was. Working with someone who's expertise of the financial side of the housing market was so clearly on display every time we talked, gave us total confidence that we got the best loan we possibly could for our house. He never pushed us to choose a lender that he wanted but at the same time guided us towards the correct lender for us without overwhelming us with too many options. Lake Tahoe Mortgage was simply wonderful to work with and support us through the house buying process. We had already previously purchased a house before, and with Meredith Herr assisting us this time, it was a night and day experience. We learned various ways to save money that bigger companies don't utilize that adds more financial burdens to the buyer. Our transaction was contingent on us selling our home, and our buyer side was a nightmare. Failing to file the right paperwork or even file the right paperwork on time. All of these delays severely complicated our timeline. Meredith had our backs and helped us navigate an extremely stressful experience.
