David was incredibly accommodating and focused on my experience and process of buying a home. He did exactly what he told me he would do - get me in the right home at the right price. He fought to find me this home in the middle of a sellers market and helped keep me under budget. He advocated for me with agents, spent a great deal of time sifting through homes and invaluable time helping me through the homes and buying process. As a first time home buyer, I walk into my new home understanding so much more than I would have without him. David has a way of putting you at ease while also instilling confidence. I’ll be coming back to Lake Realty when it’s time to move again - thankfully David is never hard to reach so I’m sure he’ll be at some bar-b-cues before that! Thanks again David!
