Miller Dark has helped us buy and sell at Lake Martin peviously so we didn't hesitate to call Miller this time for a new place on the Lake. Miller is very professional and has excellent knowledge of the Lake and surrounding area. We rely on Miller to steer us into the right areas and keep us from making mistakes in our decisions.
He is excellent in responding to text, email or calls and is an Honest advisor with experience in Home Building and remodeling. Thanks to Miller we have a great lot and cabin on Kowaliga and are really enjoying the lake. Miller is a top notch agent !

Miller is a fantastic real estate agent (very nice guy also). He was professional, honest, prepared, listened and maybe most important, tireless. I think we looked at 72 houses before we found the perfect one. He also went to bat for us during negotiations and is a wealth of knowledge on subcontractors for that painter, plumber, etc., to fix those small problems that every house has.
Great sense of humor also.
If we ever buy or sell at Lake Martin again, Miller will be our real estate professional.

We rented a beautiful house a year in advance for our family vacation, 7 weeks before our vacation I looked up pictures for Sullys retreat and realized it was no longer listed with lake Martin realty! I called and the head man said he didn’t even know the person who rented to us, his exact words were “ so your problem now is finding a vacation house for your family! “ no help at all, very cold, took no responsibility at all! I will NEVER rent from them again. At this point at lake Martin there is NOTHING available! His name is Steve and he doesn’t care! We love lake Martin, please don’t let this poor excuse for protocol keep you from booking, just use VRBO or big fish realty!

I had an amazing experience with Reality South. Will Register was AU-some and I am hard to please sometimes. I have crazy work hours, but he always answered my calls, even after business hours, and never made me feel like a burden. I highly recommend him.

If we had attempted to hire an independent contractor/subcontractors, on our own, we would have been powerless and it probably would've ended up being much more expensive.. .. .. and aggravating.. Anytime we had a question, our representative at the company immediately responded with an explanation and action.. The overall process was very smooth, very efficient, very organized, and strictly adherent to our agreed-upon budget without any surprises..
