My husband and I owned our home at Lake Holiday for 31 years and I sold it through Nikki, the owner/broker at LHH, in a matter of hours, after listing it unsuccessfully with 2 previous realtors. Lake Holiday Homes is very professional and I was impressed with how responsive Nikki was whenever I had a question about my home’s listing. Many potential lakefront buyers, like my husband and I were 31 years ago, aren’t aware of the upkeep and cost that goes into owning a lakefront home, so having Nikki as our listing broker and the fact that she owns a lakefront home, helps buyers understand the quality of a lakefront’s shoreline. The sale proceeded seamlessly from start to finish with Nikki providing guidance and support. Lake Holiday Homes is an excellent brokerage!

She was a joy to work with, very responsive, and has connections with painters, electricians and anyone else you may need to get your home ready. From Start to Finish our home sold within 3 weeks.
