They only offer five months or more condo. In general neat/clean office and one front desk clerk. Opens at 9 am and shared/leased with other businesses. I found other offices more helpful with general inquiries. This office brushed me off when I said I wanted to stay 5 weeks. We can’t help you! OK good bye went somewhere else who did!

This business is a joke! They have a very unpleasant staff that answers their phones without announcing their name they then become offended when you ask their name (Melony) Their also very misleading when I first inquired on a Unit I was interested in seeing they said "we don't have anyone in you're area to show so will give you the combo# "that should have been my first RED FLAG, however because I truly was interested in the Unit I submitted my Application along with Application fee$40 however was never advised that I needed to have VERY STRONG credit score! Although my credit is Great! & Never had any evictions their business Manager email me that unfortunately the Owner decided not to select my Application which really didn't make any sense, however the email indicated "the owner made the decision not our office"I strongly believe they should advised that only VERY STRONG credit Applicants need Apply! They Lied to me & didn't even provide a service! Run away!! Seek another Property Management Company these people are SCAMMERS!! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to report them! They just took me for $80 & provided no service!

Jennifer Head came to us after hearing from a friend that we were having a difficult time with the sale of our house from a previous realty company. She came in and went right to work to make the sale happen in a matter of two months!!!! She was excellent in dealing with the somewhat often demanding buyers of our home, she got all the paperwork prepared in an expeditious matter and she made everything work out fine in the end.

She also helped us locate an investment property (duplex) for which we had been looking and we were able to move directly from our house into the duplex, which made it a much easier transition.

Jennifer did an excellent job representing us and I would highly recommend her and Lake Havasu City Properties to anyone interested in the sale and/or purchase of a home in Lake Havasu City!

Management not fair in reviews of leaving property that was beyond our control. Stovetop scratch because of landlords utensils, white cushion in garage under garage door that got stained because of rain. Deduction of $150. Very cluttered property. Had to get around all of stuff of clutter

Elaine Taylor. We are 500 miles away from Lake Havasu and had to sell a parents residence. We were extremely fortunate to happen upon LHC Properties but more specifically Elaine Taylor. Not only did she get a buyer in four days she was incredibly helpful with all that need to be done without us being there...including non-realty tasks that needed to be done. She found us a great Estate Sale company, arranged for the septic system inspection, foundation certification, house cleaners, etc. One initial trip to Lake Havasu was all we needed to do! Karin has been with us every step of the way; taking her own beatings while learning that not all relators will put humanity before commission! We have cried together, lost hair together, and bought a beautiful condo together! This amazing women never gave up on OUR dream of having a beautiful place in Lake Havasu! We love the place she found for us and it met every one of our needs like she promised it would! The view of the sunsets at night are amazing! Worth the wait!
