I interviewed several of the leading realtors in the area before choosing Melissa Dodge. Great service for an out of town transaction. We dealt with Melissa Dodge. Melissa was very prompt and upfront with all requests. The closing process was as smooth as could be for remote transaction. Great experience! Joy worked with the seller and answered many of our questions! She also took us to see the house “ one more time” several times!
