I have been so pleased with my experiences with Laguna Pacific insurance!! No matter who I have talked to, they are always friendly and very helpful. My daughter was in an accident last year, and the car she was driving was totaled. Each person that I spoke with in regards to that accident was so caring and took care of everything wonderfully from start to finish. Thank you All ,

Terrible! I am going to push local authorities to investigate them for fraud. Jim Galassi says one thing and does another. I paid a year's premium for commercial liability insurance and was immediately canceled because they said I couldn't be reached for an inspection by the Insurance company they brokered to and I was not notified. Laguna Pacific WAS notified but did not tell me, they kept my money. 6 months later I found out and they tried to reinstate, failed again. I was not covered and LP sat on the information. For months they've been promising me an accounting and I've yet to see it. Money is important, but this is about principal and businesses like this should not exist. Call the next and stay away from these guys.
