I rented from them for over a year. All the problems I had were quickly addressed and fixed. This included same day fix for ac going out in the middle of August. Rick and Brian are great. I'd highly recommend them!

My husband and I rented a house that Rick LaFave managed for almost 3 years. We received excellent services the entire time. He was extremely prompt in returning any text/phone calls and if there were any problems with the house, he was there to take care of it or have someone there to fix the problems the same day or let me know when the problem would be resolved. Poor quality , checking of home regarding necessary function of AC unit, irrigation and general check of toilets , washing machine and dishwasher. Home was 103 upon arrival after they had just been there 2 days prior. No contact was made. Nor was the requested need to humitify the home via keeping containers filled with water, a simple request and the set up also simple and easy to do.. All dry and some damage to wood.
Unhappy and disappointed with the level of service and communication. Demonstrates lack of respect for personal property.
