Our experience with L34 was strong from start to finish. My husband and I made the choice to relocate and needed to sell our home in Highland Park. At the first meeting, Deirdre, Terry and Catherine from L34 came prepared with marketing materials and research on our home and comps in the area, so we had a good idea of what our house would sell for before we even signed with them. In our initial meeting, they also gave us some great ideas for how to execute our long-distance move, and even offered to introduce us to agents in the area that we were moving to. Once we started the actual home sale process, they were very efficient and organized. It’s clear that they are seasoned agents. There was a schedule for the prep work, inspections, open houses, and offer review date, all of which we stuck to. Speaking of prep work, they recommend good vendors, special shout out to John Delgado! I loved our home before, but they made it really shine.

Buying and selling a home is an emotional process, and we felt like they were there with us for it. They were very responsive throughout, and proactive when it was appropriate. I’m sure I asked stupid questions as this was our first home sale, but they answered everything with the same enthusiasm and promptness. In the end we closed right on time for a price we were happy with. We would happily work with L34 again and/or recommend them to everyone we know looking to buy or sell a home on the east side!
